How do I book a session with you and do you require a deposit?

Once you submit a form on my “Get In Touch” tab, I will reach out to you within (24-48 hours) with more details about my packages and prices. After you are officially ready to reserve your date and book, I will ask for a retainer fee to secure your date. For weddings, I ask for 20% retainer fee of your total package price. All other sessions require a $50 deposit. Your date is not secured until the deposit has been paid.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Life happens! You can reschedule once without penalty if you give at least 72 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. For weddings, the retainer is non-refundable, but i’ll work with you on new dates if possible.

How soon will I receive my photos?

Weddings: 4-6 weeks (you’ll always get sneak peeks within 48 hours!

All other sessions: 7-10 days

Do you give RAW/unedited files?

I don’t provide RAW or unedited files. When you book with me, your gallery will reflect the same look and feel you see on my website and Instagram. Choosing me means you’re trusting my editing style to capture your moments beautifully—if you’re hoping for a different style, it might be best to find a photographer whose work aligns more closely with your vision.

How long do you hold client photos for?

I keep all final client galleries safely stored for one year from the delivery date. During that time, you’re welcome to download and back up your images as often as you’d like. After one year, galleries may be removed to make space for new projects, so I always recommend saving your photos to multiple devices or cloud storage for safekeeping. If you’d like access to your photos after the one-year mark, a small retrieval fee will apply.
